RedRock Amber Ale

Next stop on the tour of Salt Lake, the RedRock Brewpub - perhaps one of the most decorated craft breweries in the nation. When you first walk in, the wall behind the hostess station is covered, floor to ceiling, with all of the awards this brewery has collected - from local awards to plaques indicating their World Beer Cup champions.

One such beer is the #1 selling RedRock Amber Ale. This beer is an orangish-amber in color with a thin white head. It smells of floral hops and the first taste is very hoppy with a slightly sweet malt finish. There is definitely a bitter slant on this brew though. Very good!
