Stone Ruination IPA

If and when you decide to sample this beer, don't plan on trying any other beer (or food for that matter) until the following day! Named for its "ruinous" effect on your palate, this IPA gets filed away in my memory banks as one of the best...

Stone Ruination IPA is a hazy golden blonde brew with a one-finger white head of foam and lace. The beer smells of floral hops, and from the first taste to the last you will get heavy hop flavor and bitterness. This 7.7% ABV homage to the hop has an IBU rating of 100+...No wonder that at the brewery they call it, "a liquid poem to the glory of the hop!"
